Whether you're a former gymnast looking to dust off your skills or a beginner eager to try something new, our adult classes are designed to meet you where you are. We focus on helping adults develop coordination, confidence, and overall fitness while having a blast and creating fun memories with a community that shares your passion.
Train with Purpose—And Compete!
We’re excited to announce our Adults Only Gymnastics Competition on Sunday, April 27, 2025, at 3:00 PM at our Phoenix facility (15801 N. 32nd St.). This event is for adults of all skill levels, and it's your chance to proudly display everything you've been working on in class, and feel a sense of accomplishment and pride in your progress!
Levels included in the competition:
- Bronze
- Silver
- Gold
- Platinum
- Diamond
- Sapphire
No matter your experience level, there's a place for you to shine.
Spectator tickets are just $10 (cash) or $15 (card), and kids under 5 get in free! It's a fun event for the whole family and a great way to support your fellow gymnasts.

To compete, all participants must have a current AAU membership. Then it’s as easy as:
