Show and Shine: Bringing Families Into the Action!

At Arizona Sunrays, we believe progress should be celebrated. What better way to do that than by inviting parents and guardians to experience their child’s journey firsthand? Our recent “Show and Shine” week did just that, transforming parents from spectators into active participants!

This unique in-class event allowed families to step right into the gym, dance studio, or ninja training area to see up close the incredible skills their children have been developing. In some cases, parents even had the chance to try the challenges themselves—balancing on a four-inch beam, holding themselves up on the bars, learning a new dance step, or even working on their flexibility. It was an eye-opening experience that gave families a whole new appreciation for their children’s hard work!

A Huge Success!

We hosted Show and Shine for our recreational gymnastics, dance, and ninja families, and the response was overwhelmingly positive. Parents loved seeing their children’s progress in real-time, and kids were proud to show off their growing skills.

The in-class format was designed with busy families in mind—we know weekends are packed with activities, so we wanted to celebrate student progress without adding another weekend commitment. By bringing the experience into regular class time, we made it easier for families to participate while keeping the focus on our students’ achievements.

Coming Soon: Carefree & Arcadia!

If you missed the first round of Show and Shine, don’t worry! Our Carefree and Arcadia locations will host their Show and Shine event on February 10th. We can’t wait to welcome more families into the gym to experience the magic for themselves!
