A free and fun-filled class that uses developmentally appropriate equipment and manipulatives with an emphasis on exploratory play. It is a great way for your baby to work on both gross and fine motor skills as well as socialization.

This transitional class bridges the gap between exploratory play and structured movement. With a grown-up by their side, little ones will explore movement through simple circuits and playful activities that build coordination, balance, and confidence. It’s the perfect mix of movement, learning, and developmental support – all in a fun, engaging environment!
Enjoy an opportunity to be active with your little one! Our friendly instructors will guide you and your gymnast through creative circuits designed with social and physical development in mind. You’ll find yourselves learning the value of planned movement, locomotor skills, social skills and play based movement- the list goes on and on!
We’ll practice the fundamentals of planned movement, locomotor skills, social skills and play based movement as independent, confident kiddos with you cheering from the sidelines! In addition to those basics, we will practice following patterns of skills and progressions for more challenging gymnastics and start understanding handstands, cartwheels, balancing on the beam and swinging on bars with the help of our energetic, supportive instructors!
We’ll keep building on the fundamentals of planned movement, locomotor skills, social play, and confidence as our independent kiddos take on new challenges! In this class, we’ll continue to explore movement through playful progressions, while building more focus, body awareness, and tackling more challenging skill combinations. We’ll keep practicing handstands, cartwheels, balancing on the beam, and swinging on the bars – all with the guidance of our energetic instructors who are right there to support, encourage, and celebrate every step!
This is a non-competitive gymnastics class for ages 6 and up. Structured to introduce basic skills in gymnastics while working to improve strength and flexibility.
Preschool Elite is designed for little gymnasts who are eager for more! This invitation-based class builds on the fun and fundamentals of our Preschool Gymnastics program, introducing more focused shaping, strength, flexibility and skill progressions in an engaging, supportive environment. With exciting challenges and extra time spent on technique and details, gymnasts will build confidence, bravery, and a sense of accomplishment that keeps them excited for what’s next! Our enthusiastic coaches will be there every step of the way, helping these young athletes develop strong foundations for future success in gymnastics and beyond. This class is a great pathway toward our competitive programming: iTeam, Xcel and Developmental.
This is a non-competitive gymnastics class. Structured towards basic gymnastics skills while working to improve strength and flexibility. At this level we will introduce new gymnastics techniques and body positions that will enhance beginning level gymnastics skills.
Gymnasts will be introduced to specific events; vault, bars, beam and floor. Each event hosts a variety of progressions for skill development. Exposure to basic gymnastics concepts, shapes and skills. No previous gymnastics experience necessary.
This is a non-competitive gymnastics level which focuses on enhancing beginning level gymnastics skills, body position and technique. There are specific requirements on floor, bars, vault and beam that must be mastered to move up to the next level. (There are separate classes for boys and girls.) For example: Beam: walk and kick sequence, straight jump, arabesque, etc… Bars: pull over, cast, back hip circle, push down, shoot-through hold etc… Vault: runs, hurdle, straight jump up to stack mats etc… Floor: Backward rolls, Forward rolls, how to initiate a handstand, cartwheel, bridge, bridge kick over etc…
Gymnasts will continue to practice their foundational skills while learning intermediate elements such as round offs, handspring drills, back hip circles on bars, handstands on beam, dance positions and more complex progressions!
This is a non-competitive gymnastics level which focuses on refining existing techniques, introducing more difficult skills, working on body positions and improving strength and flexibility.
Gymnasts will practice more advanced skills such as connected tumbling, kip drills on bars, dance combinations and cartwheels on beam. The complexity of skills will increase while foundational skills will be utilized to bolster the confidence and skill execution of each athlete. A combination of strength and flexibility will be incorporated into each class to increase body awareness and successful execution of more advanced skills.
This is a non-competitive gymnastics level which teaches more detailed gymnastics skills. Using the child’s physical abilities to maintain body positions and enhance their technique. Skills in this level must be mastered and performed by their self to move up to the next level. (There are separate classes for boys and girls.)
Pre-Team is the perfect next step for young gymnasts who are hungry to grow! This special invite-only class takes the excitement of our Preschool and Recreational programs to the next level, adding focused work on body shaping, strength, flexibility, and skill-building in a fun and encouraging space. With more time dedicated to technique and attention to detail, athletes gain confidence, courage, and pride in their progress—fueling their love for the sport! Our passionate coaches are right there with them, supporting each step and helping them build a rock-solid base for future success. This class is a direct pathway toward our competitive programming: iTeam, Xcel and Developmental.

This is a non-competitive class that is structured to properly teach beginning floor skills; Incorporated with a small amount of strength training/conditioning, intern will help the progression into more advanced tumbling. For example: Forward roll, backward roll, handstand, cartwheel, round off drills, bridge and front limbers.
Our Tumbling classes offer a wide range of tumbling abilities and styles. We will work to the athlete’s talents and preferences to achieve appropriate tumbling techniques and skills. From cartwheels to back flips and everything in between, our instructors will teach safe progressions to help develop the tumbling skills each athlete is interested in learning! These classes are individually focused as each athlete is in a different stage of their tumbling journey.
This is a non-competitive class that is structured to safely build upon the learned skill set; as well as, realign proper form. For example: Back handspring drills, Round off, Back walkovers, front walkovers, front handspring drills, front tuck drills. Building up their strength so they can progress to the next class.
Come enjoy a fun, self-guided hour of exploration in designated areas of the gym! Who: Children of all ages! Parents must accompany children aged 5 and under.

No class enrollment is required to join the fun! Pre-registration is recommended to secure your spot. You can also register using Make-Up Tokens.
This is a complex class aimed towards training and educating the student in proper technique while furthering their difficulty in a higher skill level. Within this class they will learn how to connect their skills safely and timely as well as build up strength and confidence in their ability. For example: back handspring, back tuck, and front handspring.
This program is open to adults of all ages and abilities eager to explore or expand their gymnastics talents. Gymnastics skills, drills, strength and flexibility led by experienced and dedicated coaches!
