To move uninterrupted through an environment or series of obstacles with fluidity, prowess, and stealth. To use combinations of skillful spins, rolls, flips, jumps, and kicks to elude an opponent.

What makes Arizona Sunrays Unique: 

Arizona Sunrays offers Ninja Zone with the purpose of building our students character and athletic development through the sport of ninja for children ages 4 – 11 yrs old to bring fun and fitness to boys.

Little Ninjas: (4 – 5 yrs)

Emphasis on taking direction, being apart of a group, circuit format and safety,

Boys will learn progressions and terminology for skills used in Ninja training including rolling, vaulting, basic large gross motor skills, jumping, and falling, swinging, climbing, etc.

Our goal is to develop body coordination, awareness, and listening skills required for Ninja Training Level White.

White Ninja: (6 – 11 yrs)

We offer Ninja training for fundamental body movement, basic skills including Ninja rolling for safety, back flip progressions, basic vaulting, wall and bar progressions, basic kicking & punching technique, development of core strength & speed.

Safety techniques for falling, landing and transitioning are strongly emphasized. Students should be able to preform progressions independently.

Yellow Ninja: (6 – 11 yrs)

Training for fundamental body movement, basic skills including Ninja rolling for safety, back flip progressions, basic vaulting, wall & bar progressions, basic kicking & punching technique, development of core strength & speed.

Safety techniques for falling, landing and transitioning are strongly emphasized. Students should be able to preform progressions independently.

Green Ninja: (7 – 11 yrs)

Girl Ninjas: (6 – 11 yrs)
