General Information
- Space is limited. Please register in advance.
- All families must turn in a completed registration form and signed release form in order to attend.
- Ages 3 - 13 years (Must be potty trained)
- 2 slices of Cheese Pizza and 1 Juice Box will be provided for each child
- Arizona Sunrays cannot be held responsible for lost valuables. Please leave Gameboys, jewelry, phones & other items of value at home.
- Please pick up promptly at 10:00 P.M.
